With the introduction of the Intelligent Gravimetric Sensor (IGS) in 1993, iNOEX sets another milestone in sensor technology. The IGS is not only able to measure material throughput precisely, but also to control it automatically in order to ensure continuous optimization of the production process.

Thanks to the integrated calculation of conveying data, the compact and versatile sensor can be connected to a wide range of equipment, underlining its flexible applicability. This innovation is still used in iNOEX's own processes today, and the associated software is continuously developed to meet the changing needs of the industry.

In 1998, iNOEX introduced the Electrically Rotating Sensor (ERS), a unique solution for continuous measurement in production. By integrating multiple sensors, the ERS provides complete coverage of the measurement area and guarantees accurate and continuous data.

Thanks to digital IUS technology, the system can record up to 96 channels simultaneously, making not only the measured values but also the signal curves visible. A highlight is the 630 ERS, which is pneumatically adjustable for even more flexibility.

With the launch of the WARP portable in 2016, iNOEX introduced the first portable radar meter to the market - an absolute first in the industry. The innovative device, designed by an industrial designer, addresses the major challenge of performing error-free radar measurements.

With the WARP portable, multiple measurements can be taken at different points along the production line - even offline. Equipped with a spacer and an integrated position sensor, the device delivers precise measurement data that is stored on a data tape. The portability of the device makes it easy to use in different production environments.

The journey began in 2015 with the first development processes and led to a first prototype, which was presented at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf in October 2016.
As a pioneer in the industry, iNOEX recognised the advantages of this new key technology at an early stage and has been developing it for many years into a future-oriented measurement technology that can be used in an industrial environment. 
Thanks to the good cooperation with our customers and their feedback, continuous improvements have been made in the past. The current state of the WARP system is our 154 GHz chip and several companion products such as the WARP portable, the WARP CP for corrugated pipe and the WARP GAUGE for the industrial packaging market. And there is still a lot of potential in radar measurement.
